We want you to love your hair products!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@arccreativestudio.ca. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
